Our development events enable you to take time out to acknowledge what you're experiencing, explore what that means for you now, embrace your ‘stretch’ and begin actively creating your future. We offer a range of residential and single day retreats and development events that give you the time and space you need to appreciate your unique qualities and grow. All our individual development events draw on the wisdom of nature, mind, body and spirit and provide a stimulating and nourishing pause so you can review, realign and reset to embrace the future.

We take a systemic approach to leadership and work with values-driven organisations who understand that investing in their leadership style and approach drives the culture and results they want in their organisation. Our approach is inquiry based experiential learning that builds from what is, to what needs to be. We have worked with thousands of leaders from across the world, so offer decades of deep expertise in expansive leadership development with a wide range of organisations. We offer senior leadership team development, facilitated leadership events and experiential leadership development programmes designed around your people and your needs as an organisation. Bespoke executive coaching packages are also available for senior leaders and leaders in transition. Much of our work is diverse and cross-cultural working with dynamic organisations and specialist leaders facing into significant challenges.

Founded in 2015 by Lucy Hatchell, Novo was born from decades of experience and years of her own personal and professional development. It was an opportunity to integrate all areas of her practice whilst taking root again in Scotland after time living in Chicago. The Novo purpose is to create rich development experiences that offer people fertile ground for exploring aspects of themselves and how they operate to learn, grow and nurture their futures consciously and sustainably. Novo works worldwide with individuals, leaders, leadership teams, groups, and whole organisations.
Described by clients as a trusted guide Lucy uses her knowledge, skills and experience for journeys of discovery and exploration encouraging awareness, insight, understanding, and expansion of perspective and experience. Lucy embarks on serious endeavours with rigour and a lightness of touch that makes her work unique.
For larger projects we have a network of highly experienced 'wise' associates, all masters of their craft, who we partner with to create interventions with rigour and impact.

The name Novo comes from the Latin word to make anew, refresh and change. It captures the change in perspective that our work encourages, a reframing of experience and a reinterpretation of the world around you. Development is not static, its dynamic, a holistic and systemic approach that requires exploration of thinking, being and doing.
